No Bake Date Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped dates
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. Rice Krispies
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine over low heat.
    Add dates and beaten eggs.
    Add sugar and cook for 12 to 15 minutes over low heat.
    Add Rice Krispies and vanilla.
    Let cool until you can handle the dough.
    Form small balls and roll in coconut.
    Let cool.
