Pastry Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. shortening
    3 to 4 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine flour and salt; cut in shortening until crumbly. Sprinkle with water, 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing until dough is just moist enough to hold together. Form into a ball.
