Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 eggs or 3 egg whites
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. chopped apples
    16 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine oil, eggs, vanilla and sugar; mix well. In separate bowl, sift flour and cinnamon. Add to egg mixture; mix well. Stir in apples, nuts and chips. Pour in metal 9 x 13 pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
