Eastern Style Barbecue Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Boston butt (about 5 lb.)
    1 pt. cider vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
    2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine everything but the meat in a saucepan and heat until boiling.
    In a baking pan, place the pork.
    Add a little sauce on top and cover with foil.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours or as many hours as it takes your pork to be done.
    Finely chop the pork and add a little more sauce.
    This recipe is great with the Barbecue Slaw and Baked Beans.
