Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheese tortellini
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, undrained
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, cook garlic in the margarine over a medium heat, about 3 minutes.
    Add broth and tortellini.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Add spinach and tomatoes. Simmer another 15 minutes.
    Serve topped with grated cheese.
