Chicken With Mushroom Peppercorn Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium chicken breast halves
    1 to 2 tsp. olive oil
    3 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. dried green peppercorns, crushed
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 c. hot, cooked fusilli, vermicelli or other pasta
Preparation
    Remove skin from chicken; rinse and pat dry.
    Spray a cold, large skillet with nonstick spray coating.
    Preheat skillet over medium heat.
    Cook chicken in hot skillet about 10 minutes, turning to brown evenly.
