Steak Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. breakfast steak, sliced thin strips
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. lime juice
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 large onion, sliced 1/4-inch
    2 large green peppers, sliced 1/4-inch
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 c. tomatoes, diced fine
    1 c. lettuce, cut fine
    sour cream
    1 pkg. flour tortillas, warmed
Preparation
    Marinate steak in oil, juice and garlic overnight.
    Saute meat until brown.
    Add green peppers and onion until partially soft. Remove from heat.
    Serve immediately.
    Have each person serve themselves a spoonful of meat mixture in tortilla, then top with sour cream, tomato, lettuce and cheese.
    Fold and eat.
