Oriental Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 pork chops
1/2 c. lite soy sauce
1/2 c. water
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 c. rice, cooked
1 tsp. ginger
Preparation

In medium hot skillet, mix water and soy sauce.
Layer pork chops and top with green pepper and onion.
Sprinkle ginger.
Cook on medium heat until pork chops are done.
Remove chops and add rice to remaining skillet ingredients.
If there is not enough liquid, add more water and soy to desired taste.
Add pork chops and warm.
Serves 8.
