Turkey Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. hamburg
3 carrots, ground
3 stalks celery
1 large green pepper
1 large onion
1 egg
3 Tbsp. milk
1/2 c. raisins
1 large pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix or 1 loaf stuffing bread
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

In a large pot, brown hamburg.
Add vegetables and let simmer. Stir occasionally. Beat egg and milk. Add to mixture. Add raisins. Prepare bread stuffing according to package directions and add to mixture. Remove from heat and cool.
