Light Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. hot milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    6 to 6 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Place sugar, shortening and salt in large bowl.
    Add hot milk and stir to soften shortening.
    Cool; beat in eggs.
    Soften yeast in warm water.
    Stir into shortening mixture.
    Add 4 cups flour. Beat smooth. Add more flour, enough to make smooth, soft dough. Bake for 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Makes 36 rolls.
