Wine And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1/3 c. dry white wine
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    2 c. cubed cooked chicken or turkey
    1/4 c. snipped parsley
Preparation
    Prepare rice mix according to package directions on top of range.
    Meanwhile, place onion, celery and butter in a 2-quart glass casserole.
    Cook, covered in a countertop microwave oven until tender, 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
    Blend in soup, sour cream, wine and curry.
    Stir in chicken and cooked rice.
    Microcook, covered, until heated through, 8 to 10 minutes, giving casserole a half turn after 5 minutes.
    Garnish with parsley.
