Spinach Quiche(No Crust) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    2 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1/4 lb. cream cheese
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    6 eggs
    Jarlsberg cheese or Muenster cheese slices
Preparation
    Line a pie plate with Jarlsberg cheese or Muenster cheese slices, overlapping just slightly and up to pie plate edge. Saute an onion in oil until transparent.
    Add the drained spinach. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Pour into pie plate and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
