Ingredients

10 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 pkg. crescent rolls
1 lb. ground sausage
hash brown (O'Brien) potatoes
grated cheese
Preparation

Beat together eggs, milk and dry mustard.
Spread crescent rolls on cookie sheet.
Fry ground sausage; drain.
Spread on crescent rolls.
Spread hash browns on sausage as desired. Sprinkle with grated cheese of choice.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
Serves 4.
