Chicken And Broccoli Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
2 c. broccoli flowerets
1 medium red pepper, cut into thin strips
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
4 servings cooked rice
Preparation

Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
Add chicken; cook and stir until browned.
Add broccoli, red pepper and water chestnuts; cook and stir until tender-crisp.
Mix broth, soy sauce, garlic powder and ginger; stir into chicken mixture.
Bring to a boil for 1 minute.
Serve chicken and vegetables over rice. Makes 4 servings.
