Ingredients

2 bars (4 oz.) white baking chocolate
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped, dried apricots
1/4 c. sliced almonds
1/4 c. coconut
Preparation

In saucepan, melt chocolate and margarine over low heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
Set aside.
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in chocolate mixture.
Combine apricots, almonds, and coconut.
Stir half into the batter.
Pour into 9-inch greased baking pan.
Sprinkle with remaining apricot mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
