1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Cream shortening and margarine.
Add sugars, eggs, and vanilla.
Mix in flour, soda, baking powder, and salt.
Add oatmeal, walnuts, and coconut.
Drop on pan 2 inches apart.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
