Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium head cabbage
1 large onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. water
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (if you like it hot)
1 can red beans or pinto beans
Preparation

Shred cabbage.
Chop celery.
Brown hamburger meat with onion. Salt and pepper to taste.
Drain.
Cook cabbage, celery and other vegetables until tender.
Pour hamburger and onion into the rest. Season to your taste.
