Sweet Potato Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 small sweet potatoes
2 Tbsp. sugar
marshmallows
1 to 2 c. cornflakes
1/2 stick margarine
pinch of salt
cinnamon or nutmeg to taste

Preparation

Peel and boil until tender, then mash potatoes.
Add butter, sugar, salt and spices.
Make into balls around a marshmallow. Roll in crushed cornflakes and bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
