Aunt El'S Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 lb. sour cream
    6 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 bag graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Combine softened cream cheese and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating on high.
    Put half the salt, vanilla, cornstarch and sour cream.
    Mix well.
    Add remaining half until well mixed.
    Grease a 9 x 3 3/4-inch spring-form pan with butter or margarine.
    Line pan with 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn off oven and leave for an additional hour with oven door closed.
