Chili Relleno Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated (3 c.)
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated (2 c.)
    1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers, rinsed, seeded and chopped
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Layer cheese and chilies on bottom of a 9-inch
    square pan. In a bowl, beat eggs.
    Add milk and flour.
    Pour over cheese and chilies.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
