Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Mazola oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. nuts
3 peeled, diced apples

Preparation

Beat first 4 ingredients together.
Add rest of ingredients. Mix and spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
