Congealed Peach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach or lemon Jello
3/4 c. hot water
3/4 c. cold water
1 c. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. ripe peaches, chopped
Preparation

Dissolve Jello in hot water.
Add cold water.
Mix in cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Stir into gelatin.\tFold in Cool Whip and peaches.
Pour into 8 inch x 8 inch glass dish and refrigerate until firm.
