Banana Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. nonfat buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. mashed banana
    1/2 c. egg substitute
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar and salt in a bowl, mixing well.
    Combine 1 cup nonfat buttermilk with soda.
    Add to banana, eggs and oil. Pour all liquid ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until moistened.
    Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto griddle sprayed with Pam. Makes 12 pancakes (4-inch size).
