Jewish Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    garlic powder, paprika, oregano and lemon pepper to taste
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. Italian bread crumbs
    2 slices whole wheat bread
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. sauteed mushrooms
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all together (except soup, mushrooms and 1/2 cup milk). Put in pan.
    Mix soup, mushrooms and 1/2 cup milk.
    Spread on top of meat loaf and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
