Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1/2 c. of chopped green onions
    1/2 lb. of bacon
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces.
    Fry bacon and crumble.
    Mix cauliflower, onion and bacon together.
    Combine sugar, vinegar and mayonnaise.
    Pour evenly over cauliflower mixture.
    Do not stir.
    Sprinkle cheese over top of mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Mix just before serving.
