Butter Bean Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can Luck's big white butter beans
2 pie crusts
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
2 large onions, sliced
ketchup
Preparation

Brown ground beef and drain.
In large Pyrex dish, put in one pie crust, like you would for a deep dish pie.
Add a layer of ground beef, a layer of butter beans and a layer of sliced onions. Cover this with ketchup.
Repeat this to the top of the dish. With the last layer, add water with ketchup to fill completely to the top of bowl.
Put top layer of crust and crimp crust together on sides.
Cook at 350\u00b0 until crust is brown.
