Raspberry Cooler(Yields 6 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. mint leaves
    1 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen limeade or lemonade concentrate
    2 c. club soda
Preparation
    Combine sugar, mint leaves and water in a 2-quart casserole. Cook on High for 2 1/2 to 4 minutes or until mixture boils.
    Stir halfway through cooking time.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Add frozen raspberries and limeade.
    Stir until raspberries are thawed. Gradually stir in club soda, just before serving.
    Serve on ice.
