Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cornmeal
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder (if using plain cornmeal)
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 (16 oz.) cream-style corn
    6 to 8 hot peppers (including the seed)
    2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
    2 c. grated onions
Preparation
    In a bowl, stir together cornmeal, flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Mix all ingredients well. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and stir in milk. Add liquid mixture to cornmeal mixture and stir in remaining ingredients. Pour batter into 2 well-greased and preheated baking pans and bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
