Crabmeat Casserole(Serves 10) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. mayonnaise
1 pt. cream
1 lb. fresh crabmeat
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
3 hard-boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. sherry (Taylor dry)
1 pkg. stuffing mix
Preparation

Bake 45 minutes at 300\u00b0.
Mix all together (except stuffing) and place on casserole dish.
You can place stuffing mix on top of mixture.
Then bake 45 minutes at 300\u00b0.
