Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar (1 1/2 c. makes it not so sweet)
    3 c. milk
    3 c. whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
    Gradually add sugar.
    Beat until thickened.
    Add milk, whipping cream, vanilla and salt.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add to ice cream freezer.
    Turn until machine stops.
