Mochiko Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            5 lb. chicken
 
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. mochiko rice flour
1/3 c. shoyu
3/4 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 green onions
Preparation
- 
                            Mix all ingredients together and soak overnight.
 
Deep fry in oil or bake.
