Dill Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 lb. small cucumbers
    1 qt. vinegar
    3/4 c. salt
    2 qt. water
    dill sprigs
Preparation
    Wash and cover cucumbers in cold water; let stand overnight. Drain and pack in jars. Put in large saucepan the vinegar, salt and water. Bring to a boil. Pour over the cucumbers. Add to each jar 1 or 2 dill sprigs. Seal jars.
