Chipped Beef Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. dairy sour cream
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 oz. pkg. chipped dried beef, chop finely
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, sour cream, horseradish and cheese with 1/2 cup dried beef.
    Refrigerate at least 15 minutes for easier handling.
    Shape into a ball and roll in remaining dried beef. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes before serving.
    Makes a 4-inch ball.
