Orange Sherbet Mandarin Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 1/2 small pkg. lemon jello
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
1 c. hot water
1 pt. orange sherbet
Preparation

Mix the lemon jello into the hot water.
Stir until the jello is dissolved.
Cool just until syrupy, then add the orange sherbet and stir until melted.
Stir in the oranges (drained) and the walnuts.
Pour the mixture into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan or glass dish.
Chill until set.
