Cabbage Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. flour
1 c. grated cheese
2 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. buttered cracker crumbs
Preparation

Melt butter; stir in flour.
Add milk gradually.
Cook and stir until thickened.
Add salt.
Melt cheese in cream sauce.
Cook cabbage in boiling water for 20 minutes.
Alternate layers of cabbage and cream sauce in a greased baking dish.
Cover with buttered crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until crumbs are brown.
Yields 6 servings.
