Crunchy Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (7 oz.) tuna
    2 Tbsp. diced pimento
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/2 c. sliced olives
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except French fried onions. Chill. Just before serving, fold in onions. Serve on lettuce. Serves 6.
