Gravy Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    1 tsp. tenderizer
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 envelope (1 oz.) onion gravy mix
    1/3 c. butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 475\u00b0.
    Sprinkle steak with tenderizer; let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle salt and garlic.
    Place gravy mix and slices of butter on top of steak; wrap in aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes.
    Reduce oven to 375\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour or until tender.
