Orange Chicken Oriental(Weight Watchers Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. skinned chicken pieces
    salt, garlic powder and paprika to taste
    1/2 c. chicken bouillon
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    artificial sweetener to = 1 tsp. sugar (optional)
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. julienne fresh orange rind, blanched (optional)
Preparation
    Place chicken on baking sheet; season both sides with salt, garlic and paprika.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until done. Transfer to large shallow casserole; set aside.
    In medium saucepan, combine bouillon, water, orange juice, soy sauce, sweetener and thyme.
    Bring mixture to boil; lower heat.
    Simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly; add dissolved cornstarch and cook until thickened.
    Stir in orange rind.
    Pour sauce over chicken. Cover and bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Each serving provides 6 P, 1/2 FR and 70 cal.
