Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
1 egg white
3/4 c. cream
1/8 tsp. soda (baking)
Preparation

Combine sugar, baking soda and cream.
Cook until the mixture forms a soft ball in cold water (238\u00b0).
Remove from heat and cool until lukewarm.
Beat until creamy; add unbeaten egg whites and beat until thick enough to spread onto the cake.
