Lemon Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Melt margarine and add to sugar and flour.
    Add eggs, buttermilk and lemon extract.
    Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown and set firm.
