Chicken Tikka - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
6 to 8 chicken thighs
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. ground ginger
4 garlic cloves, chopped
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 c. plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
salt as you wish
Preparation

Skin and bone the chicken.
Cut into bite size pieces.
Mix all other ingredients, in a blender if you wish, until smooth. Put the chicken in a shallow pan and pour the mixture of spices over the top.
Marinate, covered, in a cool place (refrigerator) for no less than 2 hours, the longer the better.
Place the chicken on skewers and cook over grill or under the broiler until cooked through.
