Stir-Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. (4 c.) cole slaw mixture
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
Preparation

In skillet, heat butter very hot.
Add cole slaw mixture.
Cook 8 to 10 minutes, tossing vigorously, until almost tender.
Mix in seasonings, stirring vigorously.
Cover and cook 5 minutes or until it is as tender as desired.
Serve immediately.
Serves 4.
