Banana Nut Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter (do not substitute)
3 eggs
1 1/3 tsp. soda
6 1/2 oz. chopped candied cherries
1 c. candied pineapple, chopped fine
1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts, chopped fine
2 c. plain flour
4 bananas, mashed
Preparation

Mix well, beating after each addition.
Grease and line bottom of angel food pan.
Use 2 thick pieces of brown paper.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Keeps moist for a long time.
