Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
    coarse salt
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Mix yeast and water in bowl; add sugar and salt.
    Add flour and mix well.
    Knead on waxed paper.
    Make into shapes.
    Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse salt.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes on a greased cookie sheet. Makes about 36.
