Zucchini And Sausage Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage or pork sausage
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans (undrained)
    1 medium zucchini (approximately 2 c.), cut into 1 1/2 x 1/4-inch strips
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet, brown the sausage; add green pepper and onion and drain.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer 15 minutes or until zucchini is tender and mixture is slightly thickened. Serves 4 to 6.
    May be reheated.
