Twice-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, baked
    1/4 c. butter
    2/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 c. shredded cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in half. Scoop out inside and reserve shells. Beat potatoes and cheese until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Stir in onion, salt and pepper. Spoon into shells.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a dish at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
