Grandma'S Hard Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. riced boiled potatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    6 c. white flour
Preparation
    Place riced potatoes in a large bowl.
    Add 1/2 of the flour. Sprinkle in salt.
    Add remaining flour slowly until dough is crumbly and looks like pie crust.
    Pack mixture into balls about the size of snowballs.
    Place in boiling water (use large kettle). Bring back to boil. Boil for 20 minutes. Good served with pork and sauerkraut.
