Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked or canned salmon
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    2 c. crumbs
    pepper
    salt
Preparation
    Chop salmon fine.
    Mix flour and butter together. Bring milk to boil, stir in flour, butter, salmon and seasonings; boil 1 minute.
    Add crumbs and cool. Form into croquettes, roll in egg (lightly beaten), dip into crumbs and fry.
