Mexican Wedding Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. butter (not margarine)
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and salt.
    Work in butter and vanilla.
    Add nuts.
    Form dough into 1-inch balls.
    Place on a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, until bottoms are slightly browned.
    Roll warm cookies in confectioners sugar.
