Hot Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. diced tomatoes
2 cans tomato paste
12 jalapeno peppers
1 large onion
4 Tbsp. ground garlic
1/4 c. pickling salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
Preparation
-
Mix and bring to boil.
Cook about 30 minutes or until desired thickness.
Put in sterilized jars, seal and process in hot water canner 10 minutes.
